Published on 10 October 2026, this BT homebuyer guide follows the earlier property feature and discusses the new-launch/resale decision, including findings from my independent transaction research.
It references the June EC-inclusive study: 166,970 completed pairs and median gross nominal price-only returns of 2.7% for new-sale entry and 3.7% for resale entry. The comparison concerns historical realised exits; it is not a forecast or a total-return calculation.
