Project Details:

This project aims to show a live view of customer feedback to a hospitality manager in a restaurant, retail, or any hospitality setting. A custom test form was created using google forms meant to act as a platform for consumers to submit their feedback. Google forms was linked to google sheets and a custom R script was built to scrape information off the google sheets and upload it to a SQL server which will allow PowerBI to query the SQL server every few seconds ensuring real time information is displayed. This was done as there was no other non commercial solution to import google sheets information to PowerBI in Direct Query mode.
